aims to evolve the role of women in engineering: signatory companies commit to working on three key issues: attracting women to engineering, retaining female talent, and enabling women to advance their careers.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our commitments:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The engineering charter for gender diversity includes four main areas of commitment and, for each of them, a detailed list of possible actions.<br\/>Each signatory company commits annually to carrying out at least one action per commitment, representing a minimum of four actions per year:<\/p><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Mobilizing to change the image of engineering among young people, particularly young girls<\/li><li>Ensuring equal treatment between women and men throughout their careers<\/li><li>Promoting a balance between personal and professional life for all<\/li><li>Encouraging access to management positions for women by developing upward mobility<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e5e4f29 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" travel:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>100% reimbursement of public transport for our employees<\/li><li>reduction in air travel if train travel time permits<\/li><li>deployment of our Global Compact public profile<\/a><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since March 2016, Ametra has adhered to the <strong>Global Compact<\/strong> program.<br\/>The Global Compact is an initiative launched by the United Nations on July 26, 2000, in New York. Its objective is to encourage entities worldwide (including companies) to adopt a socially responsible attitude based on 10 founding principles grouped into 4 themes: Human Rights, Labor Standards, Environment, and Anti-Corruption.<br\/>Commitment to the Global Compact is based on a <strong>voluntary signatory process<\/strong>. In this case, the member company commits to making progress on the various themes of the Global Compact and to publishing an annual report called the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/participation\/report\/cop\/create-and-submit\/active\/441022\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/participation\/report\/cop\/create-and-submit\/active\/441022&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1775809832276000&#038;usg=AOvVaw2SsIBENDct6rfjjceku6lx\">Communication on Progress (COP)<\/a>, which presents its efforts and the results achieved.<br\/>Today, more than 20,000 companies and 5,000 non-profit organizations participate in the Global Compact worldwide.
