Research & Development Unit

Established in 2019, the Research & Development unit of the Ametra Group embodies a proactive approach to innovation in support of engineering. A true ideas laboratory, it anticipates technological developments and identifies high-potential topics aligned with tomorrow’s industrial challenges.

Fully dedicated to the Group, this unit operates autonomously, ensuring responsiveness, agility, and exploratory capability. It draws on the expertise of its PhDs, who initiate and lead research projects related to their areas of specialization.

Its work lies at the heart of today’s major transformations: energy transition, biomimicry, environmental challenges, etc., with a clear objective: to bring forward innovative, value-creating solutions and pave the way for new collaborations with industrial partners.
