Training objectives
At the end of the training, the trainee will be able to:
- Develop your own external Xcos module
- Package this module as an ATOMS module
Prerequisites
To follow this training course effectively, participants
must have:
Proficiency in the Scilab environment: However, since
we work with Xcos (a Scilab toolbox
for graphical modeling of dynamic
systems), basic knowledge of modeling
and simulation would be an advantage.
Implicit prerequisites:
Proficiency in Scilab: Understanding the basics of
programming in Scilab (variables, operators,
functions, control structures), use of the graphical
interface, and handling matrices and vectors.
Modeling fundamentals: Understanding the concepts
of dynamic systems, mathematical models,
and numerical simulation.
